Here are some of our most frequently asked questions, if you do not see your answer to a question, then please do give us a message and we will be more than happy to assist.
Parking
There is free parking on the road but please bare in mind the road does get quite busy so please allow yourself extra time.
Deposits
Deposits are non refundable this is to reduce no shows and to also cover myself as a small business owner.
Patch tests
Please be advised that a patch test is needed prior to your appointment for brow lamination and LVL this is to ensure that the products we use do not cause you any sort of reaction. This will need to be done 48 hours before your appointment so please bare this is in mind when booking or we may have to reschedule your appointment.
No Shows
Anyone that doesnt turn up to their appointment without advising us beforehand will need to rebook again.
Rescheduling
You can move your appointment ONCE, if you wish to do so, please give us at least 48hours notice along with your preferred time and date.
Transport
Please look us up on google maps'touchoftbeauty' to find the best mode of transport to get to our premises, there are a number of routes/transport that can be taken
Bringing a friend
Due to space we unfortunately cannot accommodate many people in the space. Therefore please respect that we can only have one person in the space, unless you have both booked a deal for 2 people.
